01 / THE PROBLEM

What needed to work

Scattered conversations obscure pending work, opportunities, and the context needed for a useful reply.

02 / CONTRIBUTION

My contribution

A copilot interface connecting evidence, drafts, and relationship management. For this demo, I adapted data access and confirmation into an independent environment.

03 / ARCHITECTURE

How the pieces connect

  1. 01Synthetic conversations and notes
  2. 02Priorities + evidence
  3. 03Contextual draft
  4. 04Structured change proposal
  5. 05Confirmation → CRM update
04 / DECISIONS

Engineering choices

  • Commands prepare changes; the user confirms execution.
  • IDs and fields are validated against session data.
  • Drafts never send messages automatically.
05 / DEMO SCRIPT

Two ways to explore

1Priority → evidence → contextual draft.

2Command → proposed changes → confirmation → updated CRM.

06 / SOURCE AND ADAPTATION

What the demo demonstrates

Original: Prioritization, contact profiles, drafts, commands, and enriched context queries.

Demo: Synthetic context, local contracts, validated changes, translation, and optional broker.

07 / LIMITATIONS

Clear boundaries

Hermes is a supervised copilot. Initial signals are prepared examples, not model metrics or training results. WhatsApp, notes, and Telegram connectors are simulated.

State belongs to your visitor session. Restart from the demo bar.
